10. Momentum

If you’ve learned and followed the lessons, listened to the mentors, and interacted with your peers, your plans should be moving forward at a faster than normal rate of business.

Resist the urge to take a break. Resist the urge to ease off this pace.

Starting and growing a company takes an enormous amount of effort. Most of that effort comes not in the planning, but the execution of the plan. In networking. In sales. In reaching out to potential leads, turning those leads into potential customers, and turning them into actual customers.

All of that requires “momentum”.

With your efforts at Fledge, you should have far more momentum than when you started. Seize that opportunity. Don’t waste it.

Every day, just like you’ve been doing for ten weeks, set small goals, meet those goals, and keep moving forward.

Keep. Moving. Forward.
